Tiny Seed Post is a faith-based children's mail subscription operated by Jason Clark in Mobile, Alabama. We take your privacy seriously and do not sell your personal information to anyone.

1. Who We Are

Tiny Seed Post ("we," "us," or "our") is a subscription service that delivers physical mail to children ages 5–11. Our website is tinyseedpost.com. You can reach us at info@tinyseedpost.com.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you:

Payment information (credit card numbers) is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

We also collect basic website analytics (pages visited, general location, browser type) through standard hosting tools. We do not use tracking pixels or behavioral ad networks.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

4. Children's Information

Tiny Seed Post delivers mail to children, but our website is directed at adults (parents, grandparents, gift-givers). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The child's name and mailing address you provide are used only to address and deliver their subscription envelopes.

We do not share children's names or addresses with any third party except the postal service required to deliver the mail.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

6. Email Communications

If you sign up for our interest list, you'll receive a short series of emails about Tiny Seed Post. If you purchase a subscription, you'll receive order confirmations, shipping notifications, and renewal reminders.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or by emailing us at info@tinyseedpost.com. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notices) cannot be opted out of while you have an active subscription.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@tinyseedpost.com and we will honor the request within 30 days.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Our website uses HTTPS (encrypted connections). Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our systems. We do not store credit card numbers.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do our best to protect your data.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@tinyseedpost.com.

10. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies — only what is necessary for the site to function and for basic analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work correctly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we'll notify active subscribers by email.

12. Refund & Customer Service Policy

One-time payments, no auto-renew. All Tiny Seed Post plans are one-time purchases. There is no recurring billing, no auto-renew, and nothing to cancel. You pay once and we fulfill the full plan.

Refunds. Because each mailing is printed and assembled specifically for your child, we are not able to offer refunds on envelopes that have already been mailed. If you need to cancel before your first mailing ships, contact us at info@tinyseedpost.com and we will issue a full refund. After the first mailing has shipped, we can offer a prorated refund for any remaining unmailed envelopes upon request.

Stopping a mailing. If you need to pause or stop future mailings for any reason, email us at info@tinyseedpost.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to hold future shipments. We cannot retrieve or redirect anything already in the mail.

Address changes. Tiny Seed Post is a small business and we ship everything First Class via USPS. We depend on gift givers to notify us of any change in the child's delivery address. Please email us at info@tinyseedpost.com as soon as you know about a move. We will update the address promptly and do our best to ensure future mail reaches the right mailbox. We cannot reroute envelopes already mailed.

Damaged or lost mail. If an envelope arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of the expected mail date, email us at info@tinyseedpost.com. We will assess each situation individually and do our best to make it right, which may include sending a replacement mailing.

Response time. We aim to respond to all customer emails within 2 business days. Tiny Seed Post is a small, independent operation — we genuinely care about every subscriber and will treat every message with attention.
